Abstract
The purpose of this text is to discuss the digital textualization in the work of Roger Chaiter. The article will show the author’s work plays a key role in exploring the complexities and transformations of written culture in the digital age. Chartier analyzes how contemporary textuality develops and manifests itself through new communication technologies, which allow the rapid and accessible dissemination of information. By examining the interaction between text and digital media, he challenges traditional conceptions of authorship, authenticity and reading, highlighting how digitization changes text production, distribution and consumption practices. Chartier’s work offers a critical and reflective perspective on the changing nature of writing and the impact of these changes on our contemporary society.
