Abstract

Introduction: Women’s health needs several professionals involved, because the woman is a human being, and this being, is biopsychosocial, feminine, weighted, and in need of expanded care. Continuously, all health professionals need to serve women, whether in primary care or at other levels of health care. Objective: To describe multiprofessional care for women’s health. Methodology: There was a literature review, with publications from 2015 to 2020. Data collection took place in March of 2020, with articles from the Google Scholar platform, available in Portuguese and free of charge. Results: Several services need to be offered, from nursing, with procedures related to cytology, immunization, prenatal care, sexual and reproductive health, to those directed to other professionals, such as physiotherapy, psychological, nutritional, doctor, speech therapist, and other professionals that women’s demands are relevant. Final Considerations: The importance of multiprofessional care for women’s health is perceived, in view of their needs, making the process of caring interdisciplinary.
