Abstract
The purpose of this article is to think about improving people management in the administrative sector and motivating people to work as a team, not to overload just one employee, reducing work, offering better salaries, with benefits and rewarding their performance. People management is the set of principles, methods, tasks associated with the company’s people, it involves the company and the employee to meet the same goals, where the company offers growth opportunities by offering training and developing their skills, and promoting to the position. The advantage of applying people management in the company, its benefits, the motivation to satisfy the needs of each employee, motivating through recognition and career plans, giving good training and developing their skills, providing a good working environment, benefiting employees work more motivated, serving customers better and generating more profits for the company, gaining more market. The improvement in the administrative sector and to develop people for the work, taking the employee to the promotion of position, having a comprehensive vision in the market, satisfying their needs and being remunerated for the work provided, being gratified for having reached the goals, so the professional and the company win by standing out in the market for the good work offered.
