Abstract

It is with great enthusiasm that we present this collection of scientific articles from students of the Human Resources Management and Administration courses at the Faculty of Health, Sciences and Technology – FACESB in the city of São Joaquim da Barra. It is a rich source of knowledge and reflection on a variety of contemporary topics. Each article addresses crucial issues in different sectors, highlighting challenges and proposing innovative solutions, which are Intervention Proposals to improve the context of organizations.
