Abstract

It is clear that the use of technologies within the classroom still presents a very big challenge for many teachers, especially those in municipal and state public schools across the country in terms of developing their teaching work. The appropriate questions, as well as the approach to the topic and its main reflections on what the real educational potential of technologies are in the teaching and learning process for generation Z students, and how they can influence pedagogical actions, are present in several educational research presented in this article. From this perspective of a teacher, this article aims to present the main difficulties through a literature review on the subject, presenting public education teachers with the use of Information and Communication Technologies - ICT within a classroom of class. All research was characterized as descriptive research, whose objectives were characterized as exploratory research with technical procedures of bibliographical research, based on findings from articles already defended and published in journal annals and events on the subject. The research results presented discouraging results regarding the problem, since due to the lack of public policies on the part of the government, many teachers are not trained and many others enter to teach without any or even any basis for the instruction of knowledge using tools. of ICTs. In conclusion, the article demonstrated that it is extremely necessary for teachers in a general context to overcome the fear of using technologies in their daily work in the classroom, given that by doing so, they will end up being responsible for the rupture of the paradigmatic from changing your own behavior. Finally, it is clear that public institutions also urgently need investments in new equipment, such as digital whiteboards, applications such as canvas, as well as investments in their training, through specializations such as master’s degrees and doctorates in order to contribute to increasing quality from current teaching to more modern, realistic and technological teaching.
